About Us

ATP Fitness was founded in 2014 by Angila Berni. We offer private personal training, small group classes, meal planning, massage therapy, aerial fitness, obstacle course training, and Physical Therapy (Inside Out Physical Therapy- with Caroline Keeler).

The intent of the gym was to create a community feel with a safe environment where people could come together and learn how to become healthier. The small group classes provide individual attention to each member while ensuring their safety. The name came from the energy molecule (Adenosine Tri-Phosphate = ATP) found in the human body. Angila is a science nerd and loved the play on words. We are now focusing on Private Personal Training and outside classes to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. Safety is our number one concern.

Our “Why”

Our purpose is to help others reach their goals and do things they never imagined possible. The joy our clients feel when they achieve a goal gives us an indescribable sense of fulfillment.

We want to help and support others, build a community for all to feel safe and secure, and elevate and empower our fitness family to become the best version of themselves.
