Learn Kettlebell basics during our Level 1 Workshop. You will learn the Romanian Deadlift, Squat, Russian Swing, and Press. During our Level 2 Workshop you will learn the clean, snatch, Turkish Get-up, and Windmill.
Each workshop lasts up to 2 hours.
Join our Unlimited Membership option and enjoy a variety small groups classes. Classes options are in-person and virtually.
